SLBMI Forensic Evaluation Division consults with attorneys in a variety of ways. We help with trial strategy, critique the reports of other experts, and assist in preparing cross-examination questions. Other psychological and psychiatric experts are often asked to provide a copy of their entire file so that SLBMI forensic experts can examine how the opposing experts conducted their evaluations and reached their conclusions. The SLBMI Forensic Evaluation Division has extensive experience with providing a logical progression of questions that can help attorneys with both their direct examination and cross-examination of experts.
